Booking and what to expect
The practical answers, before you text.
Hours, scheduling, what the driveway needs and how payment works — so nothing about booking is a surprise.
Open 8am to 5pm, seven days
Text or call any day of the week between 8am and 5pm and you get a reply from Andrew, not an answering service. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next morning.
Getting a time on the books
Send the vehicle and the problem, and you get real appointment options back. Mobile work is scheduled around your address; paint and coating work is a drop-off at the Quakertown shop.
What a mobile visit needs
A reasonably level spot with room to open the doors and walk around the vehicle, plus access to the keys. No power outlet and no water hookup — everything needed comes with us.
You do not have to wait around
Hand over the keys and get on with your day. When the work is finished you get walked through what changed and anything that could not be corrected.
Paying for the work
Cash, card, check, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, due when the job is done. No payment is taken up front for mobile work.
The one deposit
Ceramic coating is the only service that takes a deposit, and it holds your slot at the shop. Everything else is paid on completion.
Quoted prices are agreed before any work starts and do not change afterwards unless something is found and discussed with you first.
Call or text today
Rather just talk it through?
Call and describe the problem out loud. Two minutes on the phone often replaces a long back-and-forth over text.
