Drag to reveal the difference.

Correction and restoration change how light behaves on a surface. These comparisons show the type of change involved — and where the honest limits sit.

About these images

Comparisons here are illustrative of the process. Results on your vehicle depend on paint, lens condition, damage and prior treatments — ask for photos of recent work on a vehicle similar to yours.

Paint correction

Swirls and scratches scatter light and make paint look dull. Correction refines the clear coat so clarity and depth come back. Deep scratches through the clear coat may not be fully correctable.

Headlight restoration

Exterior oxidation is removed in stages, the lens refined, and UV protection applied. Cracks, failed seals and moisture inside the housing need a different repair.

Under inspection light

What defects actually look like.

Most people never see their paint properly. Under normal daylight a finish can look acceptable; under raking inspection light the fine circular swirls installed by automatic washes become obvious, and so does the difference after correction.

That inspection is where a real quote comes from. It is also where you find out whether correction is worth it on your vehicle — sometimes the honest answer is that a wash and a coating gets you most of the way there for a lot less.

After coating

Water stops clinging to the surface.

Tight, high-contact-angle beading is the visible sign of a properly prepared and coated panel. It also has a practical consequence: dirt has less to hold onto, rinsing carries more of it away, and a maintenance wash takes less contact to get clean.

That is the real long-term argument for coating — not that your car never gets dirty, but that keeping it clean stops chewing up your weekends and stops installing new swirls.
